Digital Sentry Certification

This course covers Digital Sentry’s physical architecture, hardware and software services; explaining the differences between the stand-alone DS Xpress and distributed DS Enterprise systems. Students will be trained on Digital SENTRY client interface, administration and configuration. Key product information will be presented in both lecture format and through the use of self directed, student labs. Students will build both stand-alone and distributed systems through student labs. A final assessment is given to determine mastery of course content.

Recommended: Basic computer skills are important for participants as the lab activities require the student to be comfortable using a keyboard, mouse ect. Prior exposure to the video security industry, vocabulary, concepts and applications is beneficial.
